Parolee-at-large arrested during trespass call Monday morning

On Monday, April 17th, 2023, at 8:15 am, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported trespass in progress at Vacuum Cleaner Hospital, 1024 N Golden State Blvd, Turlock, for five subjects who were camped out on the property.

When officers arrived on scene, they found and contacted the five subjects, including Joshua Huggins, 31, of Turlock, a known parolee-at-large.

Huggins was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on the charge of violation of parole.
