On Wednesday, March 16th, 2022, at 12:54 am, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of Fulkerth Rd and Carnegie St, Turlock, observed a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on it.
The officer made contact with the vehicle’s occupant, later identified as Monica Rodriguez, 38, of Turlock.
When the officer ran a wants and warrants check on Rodriguez, he discovered that she had a felony warrant for kidnapping, false imprisonment, and causing corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant.
Rodriguez was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on her warrant.
