Firefighters save home from RV and fence fire Sunday afternoon

On Sunday, July 10th, 2022, at 4:28 pm, the Turlock Fire Department was dispatched to a reported potential structure fire at a residence in the 2100 block of N Johnson Rd, Turlock.

When firefighters arrived on scene, they found a recreational vehicle and fence on fire threatening the residence and some pine trees.

Firefighters immediately began fire attack in the defensive strategy and were able to get the fire under control in about fifteen minutes, keeping it contained to the RV and fence. The fire was completely extinguished shortly thereafter.

No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
