Traffic stop results in warrant and traffic offense arrests Wednesday night
On Wednesday, July 27th, 2022, at 11:02 pm, a Turlock Police investigator near Sunrise Inn, 1350 N Golden State Blvd, Turlock, observed a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on it.
The investigator made contact with the vehicle’s two occupants and identified them as Oscar Jasso, 28, of Turlock, and Devinna Mulgado, 21, of Turlock.
The officer had his dispatcher run both subjects and Jasso returned with a suspended driver’s license while Mulgado returned with a misdemeanor warrant out of Mariposa County for a drug charge.
Both subjects were arrested on release on citations, Jasso on charges of driving with a suspended driver’s license and Mulgado on her warrant.
