The officer then had his dispatcher run Jimenez and he returned with three warrants, a felony no bail for possession of ammunition by a prohibited person and vandalism, a felony $100,500 for driving under the influence of drugs causing injury, and a misdemeanor $3,020 for possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended driver’s license due to a DUI conviction.
