Person arrested on felony elder abuse warrant Thursday night
On Thursday, August 18th, 2022, at 1:06 am, a Turlock Police officer near Kelso’s Auto Dismantling & Towing, 549 S Walnut Rd, Turlock, made contact with three subjects snooping around the property and acting suspicious.
The officer identified the three, including Tommie Smith, 38, of Modesto.
When the officer had his dispatcher run the three, Smith returned with a felony no bail warrant out of Stanislaus County for elder abuse or endangerment under circumstances likely to produce great bodily harm or death.
Smith was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on their warrant.
