On Tuesday, September 27th, 2022, at 11:54 pm, a Turlock Police officer near 1125 N Golden State Blvd, Turlock, observed and made contact with a suspicious person sleeping on the property.
The man, later identified as Joshua Bornman, 35, of Turlock, in plain view had narcotics, which were later determined to be fentanyl.
Bornman was arrested and released on a citation on charges of possession of a controlled substance.
