Woman injured after striking power pole and causing vehicle to overturn Friday morning

On Friday, October 21st, 2022, at 9:18 am, the Turlock Police Department, Turlock Fire Department, and American Medical Response were dispatched to a reported vehicle collision with injuries in the 2000 block of N Waring Rd, Turlock.

When crews arrived on scene, they found a single vehicle involved, a Lexus sedan, which had overturned after striking a power pole.

The vehicle had a single occupant, its driver. She suffered moderate injuries and was ground transported by American Medical Response to a local hospital.

The vehicle sustained major damage and was deemed inoperable as a result of the collision, requiring it to be towed away.

It’s currently unknown how the collision occurred.
