On Thursday, November 10th, 2022, at 10:45 am, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported disturbance in progress at We Care Program, 219 S Broadway, Turlock.
When officers arrived on scene, they made contact with and identified James Richey, 58, of Arkansas.
When officers had their dispatcher run Richey, he returned with a $155,555 local felony bench warrant for carrying a concealed dirk or dagger.
Richey was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrant.
