On Monday, December 19th, 2022, at 12:08 am, a Turlock Police officer near Villa Napoli, 1102 Geer Rd, Turlock, noticed and got out with a man which he recognized from the be on the lookout log as being a parolee at large.
Parole was contacted and they confirmed that the man, Spencer Silva, 28, of Turlock, did indeed have a no-bail felony warrant for violation of parole.
Silva was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrant.
