Man arrested on misdemeanor theft warrant during traffic stop Tuesday evening
On Tuesday, December 20th, 2022, at 7:44 pm, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of N Walnut Rd and Arlington Ct, Turlock, observed a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on it.
The officer made contact with and identified the vehicle’s driver as Ricky Agundez, 41, of Turlock.
When the officer had his dispatcher run Agundez, he returned with a misdemeanor bench warrant out of Newark for theft and buying or receiving stolen property.
Agundez was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrant.
