Man arrested after leading officers on foot pursuit during burglary attempt early Saturday morning
On Saturday, February 4th, 2023, at 3:22 am, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported burglary in progress at Ruyi Massage, 340 E Olive Ave, Turlock.
When officers arrived on scene, they found a man later identified as Julius Conner, 20, of Modesto, prying on a window.
When Conner noticed officers, he began fleeing from, them on foot, however, was eventually caught in the 100 block of S Center St.
Conner was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of attempted burglary, obstructing or resisting a public officer in the discharge of their duty, and possession of burglary tools.
