Man arrested on misdemeanor narcotics warrant during traffic stop Monday night
On Monday, February 13th, 2023, at 10:06 pm, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of Lander Ave and W Linwood Ave, Turlock, observed a driver violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on him.
The officer made contact with and identified the vehicle’s three occupants, including passenger Emilio Lopez, 40, of Turlock.
When the officer had his dispatcher run Lopez, he discovered that he had a $5,000 misdemeanor bench warrant out of San Benito County for possession of methamphetamines and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Lopez was arrested and released on a citation on his warrant.
