Man with felony identity theft warrant arrested during traffic stop early Wednesday morning
On Wednesday, February 15th, 2023, at 2:28 am, a Turlock Police officer near Arco AMPM, 2015 W Main St, Turlock, observed a driver violating the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on him.
The officer made contact with and identified the driver as Steven Mihalovic, 55, of Planada.
When the officer had his dispatcher run Mihalovic, he discovered that he had a $25,500 local felony bench warrant for obtaining and using personal identifying information of another person for an unlawful purpose, forgery, and burglary.
Mihalovic was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrant.
