Sex offender out of compliance arrested with paraphernalia while trespassing Monday morning
On Monday, March 13th, 2023, at 7:27 am, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported city ordinance violation at Aspiranet, 440 E Canal Dr, Turlock.
When officers arrived on scene, they found and made contact with a man who identified himself as Timothy Brace, 41, of Clovis.
During the course of the investigation, officers determined that Brace was a sex offender out of compliance, was in possession of drug paraphernalia, and was trespassing.
Brace was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of failure to register as a sex offender, possession of drug paraphernalia, and trespassing.
