On Thursday, April 13th, 2023, at 3:29 pm, a Turlock Police sergeant near the 200 block of West Ave S, Turlock, observed a driver violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on him.
The sergeant made contact with and identified the vehicle’s two occupants, including passenger Alfredo Estrada, 21, of Turlock.
When the sergeant had his dispatcher run the two, he discovered that Estrada had a $40,000 local felony warrant of arrest for driving or taking a vehicle without the consent of its owner, possession of more than 28.5 grams of cannabis or eight grams of concentrated cannabis, and driving a vehicle without a valid driver’s license.
Estrada was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrant.
