Attempted Jewelry Store Robbery Under Investigation

On Sunday, August 3, 2025, at 2:47 pm, Turlock Police and Turlock Fire responded to a robbery in progress at Khadim H Jewelers in the 1600 block of Lander Ave.

Several callers reported that a vehicle had crashed into a business, and seven people were attempting to gain entry.

The group was unsuccessful in their efforts and fled the scene prior to officers arriving.

Some of the involved vehicles had been dumped nearby and were reported stolen to various agencies. They were recovered.

Detectives took over the investigation.

The investigation remains ongoing.
