Alleged Domestic Abuser Arrested With Victim Week After Incident

On Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 2:11 am, Turlock Police Officer Aziz got out with a suspicious person at the Safeway Fuel Station in the 3100 block of W Monte Vista Ave.

Officer Aziz had recognized Nicholas Tyler, 40, of Modesto, and knew him to be wanted in connection with a domestic violence incident that a different officer had investigated the prior week nearby. Tyler was also with the victim of said incident.

Tyler was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center for inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant.
