Juvenile Runaway Arrested on Larceny and Weapon Charges

On Monday, August 25, 2025, at 12:59 am, Turlock Police responded to a larceny that had just occurred at DoubleTime in the 100 block of N Tully Rd.

The caller reported that a juvenile had stolen two 12-packs of Twisted Tea before fleeing toward Days Inn.

While checking the area, Officer Rios located the juvenile in the 500 block of N Tully Rd.

The juvenile was 15 years old and had been reported as a runaway by Fresno Police three weeks prior; however, he had a warrant out of the Stanislaus County Probation Department, and used to live in Turlock.

During a search of the juvenile, Officer Rios located a concealed fixed-blade knife and stolen drinks.

An in-field show-up was conducted, and the caller positively identified the juvenile as the suspect.

The juvenile was arrested and booked into Stanislaus County Juvenile Hall for shoplifting, carrying a concealed dirk or dagger, and his warrant.
