On Friday, September 5, 2025, at 10:52 pm, Turlock Police Officer Aziz got out with a suspicious person at N Golden State Blvd and E Main St.
Officer Aziz recognized Fredrick Moore, 54, of Modesto, and knew him to have a warrant. Sure enough, Moore turned out to have a $1,000 misdemeanor bench warrant out of the Turlock Police Department for trespassing. Moore was also on searchable probation for three different trespass-related subsections.
Moore was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center for his warrant.
Two hours later, on Saturday, September 6, at 12:50 am, Officer Aziz got out with another suspicious person in the 700 block of Lander Ave.
Officer Aziz contacted Elton Morgan, 31, of Modesto, who stated that his name was Eleiss Morgan and provided a birthday two days off from his actual one. Officer Aziz suspected Morgan was lying and confronted him about it. Morgan ultimately provided his true name; he turned out to be an arson registrant and was on parole for arson.
Morgan was arrested, and a search of his person incident to arrest led to the discovery of drug paraphernalia. Officer Aziz called a parole agent and informed him of what had occurred, which resulted in the agent authorizing a parole hold on Morgan.
While still dealing with Morgan, Officer Aziz noticed and recognized Anthony Ramirez, 35, of Ceres, sitting nearby, around the corner. Officer Aziz contacted Ramirez and found that he was in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Ramirez was arrested.
Morgan and Ramirez were both booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center; Morgan for falsely identifying to a peace officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of parole, and Ramirez for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
