Repeat Thief Arrested on Seven Warrants After Being Recognized

On Monday, September 15, 2025, at 1:16 am, Turlock Police Officer Aziz put himself on a warrant arrest at N Golden State Blvd and Dels Ln.

Officer Aziz had noticed and recognized Christopher Mason, 34, of Turlock, who he knew had several warrants. Officer Aziz contacted and detained Mason in handcuffs while his warrants were confirmed.

Sure enough, Mason turned out to have seven misdemeanor bench warrants out of the Turlock Police Department and Stanislaus State Police Department for trespassing, possession of methamphetamine, shoplifting, and theft, totaling $11,000.

Mason was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrants.
