Bicycle Stop Leads to Triple Warrant Arrest

On Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 1:00 am, Turlock Police Officer Benner made a bicycle stop in the 500 block of S Kilroy Rd.

Officer Benner made contact with and identified the bicyclist as Jesus Valdovinos, 43, of Turlock.

When Officer Benner had his dispatcher run Valdovinos, he discovered he had three misdemeanor bench warrants out of the Turlock Police Department. The warrants were for possession of methamphetamine, receiving stolen property, trespassing, and possession of drug paraphernalia, and totaled $20,500.

Valdovinos was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrants.
