Man shoots himself dead inside his home Sunday night
On Sunday, November 28th, 2021, at 10:53 pm, the Turlock Police Department, Turlock Fire Department, and American Medical Response were dispatched to a reported attempted suicide at a residence in the 100 block of Memory Ln, Turlock, where a man had shot himself in the head.
When crews arrived on scene, they found a 47-year old male with no pulse, not breathing, suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. Crews attempted life-saving measures, however, the subject succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
The gun used was a Glock 22 .40 caliber. It was recovered at the scene.
The investigation remains on-going.
