The Infamous Kando arrested on misdemeanor warrant after causing disturbance at family member’s residence Saturday evening

On Saturday, September 10th, 2022, at 5:07 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported disturbance in progress at Western View Mobile Ranch, 1400 N Tully Rd, Turlock.

As officers were responding, they learned that the person who was causing the disturbance was the infamous Donald Kando, 43, of Turlock, and that he had a local misdemeanor warrant for trespassing and theft.

Officers arrived on scene, located Kando, and began investigating. They learned that no additional crimes had been committed during the disturbance.

Kando was arrested and released on a citation on his warrant.

Many people around town had not seen Kando in a while and there was growing speculation that something had happened to him or that he had left town, however, the location where this disturbance occurred at is a family member’s residence and likely where he’s been laying low.

Court records indicate that Kando currently has four open cases, two of which are for felonies and two of which are for misdemeanors. His next court appearance is a mental competency hearing set for Thursday, September 29th, at 8:30 am in front of The Honorable Judge Carrie Stephens.
