Man arrested on drug paraphernalia charge and meth warrant during traffic stop Saturday night

On Saturday, September 10th, 2022, at 9:48 pm, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of Golf Rd and E Greenway Ave, Turlock, observed a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on it.

The officer made contact with the vehicle’s driver and identified him as David Lipsky, 36, of Salida.

When the officer had his dispatcher run Lipsky, he returned with a misdemeanor warrant out of Modesto for possession of methamphetamines.

A subsequent search of Lipsky’s vehicle led to the discovery of drug paraphernalia.

Lipsky was arrested and released on a citation on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia as well as his warrant.
