Man wanted for Atwater robbery caught in Turlock Saturday evening

On Saturday, September 10th, 2022, at 6:52 pm, a Turlock Police sergeant near the intersection of Chestnut St and N Broadway, Turlock, observed a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on it.

The sergeant made contact with the vehicle’s driver and identified him as Jerardo Carlos, 40, of Turlock.

When the sergeant had his dispatcher run Carlos, he returned with a felony Ramey warrant out of Atwater for robbery and grand theft.

The Atwater Police Department responded to the stop and took custody of Carlos to further their investigation.
