Woman suspected of using narcotics in vehicle arrested on shoplifting warrant Tuesday evening

On Tuesday, November 8th, 2022, at 6:13 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported suspicious vehicle at Safeway, 3051 Countryside Dr, Turlock, after a man and a woman had been seen sitting inside of a vehicle using what the caller believed to be narcotics.

Officers arrived on scene a short time later and located the vehicle, however, it was unoccupied.

Officers waited for a few minutes and eventually, Elizabeth Robinson, 30, of Riverbank, came out of Safeway and claimed that the vehicle was hers.

When officers had their dispatcher run Robinson, she returned with a $2,000 misdemeanor warrant of arrest out of Ceres for shoplifting.
