On Friday, March 3rd, 2023, at 2:23 am, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of Geer Rd and Twentieth Century Blvd, Turlock, noticed a man riding a bicycle which he recognized as a parolee-at-large, so he made a bicycle stop on him.
The officer made contact with and detained Spencer Silva, 28, of Turlock, for his investigation.
The officer then called a parole agent who verified Silva’s parolee-at-large status.
Silva was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on the charge of violation of parole.
