On Sunday, April 9th, 2023, at 9:44 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported armed robbery that had just occurred at KFC, 400 N Golden State Blvd, Turlock.
When officers arrived on scene, they made contact with employees who stated that an unknown man had entered a business and brandished a knife at them. The man made off with about $800 in cash and fled the area eastbound on Wolfe Ave.
The suspect was described as a thin Hispanic male standing at about 5 feet 3 inches tall wearing a black sweater with white lettering and black pants.
Officers checked the area for the suspect, however, were unable to locate him.

This sounds suspicious to me like it’s an inside job. The employees are behind the counter and if someone had a knife all they had to do was run back hit the alarm.
