Felon arrested on ammo possession warrant during bicycle stop early Friday morning
On Friday, May 5th, 2023, at 2:09 am, a Turlock Police officer near Arco AMPM, 210 N Golden State Blvd, Turlock, observed a bicyclist violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a bicycle stop on him.
The officer made contact with and identified the bicyclist as Gary Reinhardt, 29, of Turlock.
When the officer had his dispatcher run Reinhardt, he discovered that he had a no-bail local felony warrant for possession of ammunition by a prohibited person.
Reinhardt was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrant.
