Man arrested on no-bail felony warrant after falling off of motorcycle in front of officer Wednesday morning
On Wednesday, May 3rd, 2023, at 10:26 am, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of W Canal Dr and N Front Dr, Turlock, observed a man fall off of his motorcycle.
The officer made contact with and identified the motorcyclist as Jose Cortez, 35, of Los Banos. Cortez stated that he was not injured.
When the officer had his dispatcher run Cortez, he discovered that he had a no-bail local felony warrant for two counts of fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer in a vehicle with disregard to public safety and domestic violence inflicting corporal injury.
Cortez was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrant.
